History (Continued)

So I embarked on a effort to identify the 3 or 4 things that were most important for each component of successful small or start-up projects.  I wanted some simple and easy to use and tailored to encourage results that most often were successful.

I planned to begin with systems engineering, but in working up solutions, I find the I needed the project management "tools" first.

Dr J. D. Lake helped me understand and clarify why I felt I needed to do this during his INCOSE seminar, "Standard Processes in Systems Engineering."

I've found what I have done so far useful to me.  Being able to point to a URL which explains partly what I mean, in context, has been useful.  So, for now, I will continue with this labor of love hoping that others find it useful too.
